Truck Driver Shortage

Trucking companies across our country are dying to find the next drivers. The average age is rising and the driver shortage is a tremendous problem. Despite the high paying salaries and job security provided, there is a shortage. The shortage can be tied to the lack of appeal and the stringent regulations.  But... we can't sit by and allow this to exist when we have willing and able workforces seeking employment. This tile includes a ideas around solving this big issue. Ideas range from driver sharing travel programs to virtual reality training programs to creative marketing campaigns.
